Rules may be amended at any time by the organization, this will be done in writing to all members.

Article VI. Deer Management

Section 1. Bucks:

Bucks must be an 8 point minimum and the antlers must be outside of the ears. This is typically going to be a 3.5 year old buck. As a family you will only be allowed to harvest a (2) two buck maximum.

Section 2. Does:

We would prefer you harvest 2 does prior to taking a buck, however if you take a

buck first you must then take 2 does. Please take mature does and not yearlings,

they are the future of our herd. Members are allowed (5) five doe maximum. This would include your guest hunt also.

Section 3. Limiting Deer:

We want to think that there is no limit to killing deer. However, if everyone tags out and their family tags out this will eventually lead to a small or no deer herd. We ask that everyone uses their own judgement when it comes to this. Do not take more than you need. We understand that everyone is in a different situation in life. We feel if you tag out during the regular season that you likely should not hunt the holiday antlerless season.

Section 4. Harvest of Deer:

All hunters MUST take a picture of all deer harvested on the property. Pictures must be sent to group chat. This will help us with management for the biologist and social media.

Article VII. Community Stands/Blinds

Section 1. Selection of Locations:

In order to keep everything fair for everyone, 24 hours prior to hunting you can text in group chat no earlier than 7 AM for your first pick and call a location that you want to hunt. After 11 AM you may call a spot for your family member. You must specify if you're hunting that location for the morning, evening, or all day. This will allow children or spouses to call locations. Keep in mind a second location cannot be called until after 11 AM.

Section 2. Setting your own location:

You may set up a stand or blind if you find a spot you like better. You must stay a minimum of 300 yards away from a community location.  These locations must be approved by Josh Ellison or Josh Beaumont prior to setting it up.

Section 3. OnX App:

All hunting locations are pinned on the app and maybe shared with other members.

Section 4. Blind Windows:

While in the hunting blinds please make sure to completely open a window prior to shooting a firearm or bow of any type. This goes for the cloth ground blinds as well. If you shoot out a window, you will be responsible for replacing the window or the cloth ground blind.
